How Our Free Online Case Review Service Works

free online case review

Not sure what happens when you fill out the form on DrugJustice.com? Our website offers a free online case review service to anyone harmed by dangerous drugs, medical devices and products. But what the heck is a case review? And why do we need your ZIP code as well as your phone number? We’ll explain exactly what to expect in our step-by-step timeline below.

Get Your Free Online Case Review In 3 Simple Steps

There’s a different free case review form for each drug, device and product mentioned on our website. Each one is unique, so you’ll need to fill out the one that applies to you. To see all the case review forms currently available through our website, visit our active torts page. Otherwise, you can find each one listed in the website’s top and bottom navigation menus. We’ve also linked free case review forms on the right-hand side of each article we publish on DrugJustice.com.

Step 1: Answer 3-4 Short Qualifying Questions

This is the first step in your free online case review. We always ask if you have a lawyer representing your claim. That’s because attorneys don’t want to conduct case reviews for people who already have someone working on their claims. Other common questions include when and how your problems started, which drug, product or device caused it, etc. These quick, multiple-choice questions help us confirm whether you may qualify to claim some settlement money from the manufacturer. Once you’re done, click the “Do I Qualify?” button.

Step 2: Tell Us What Happened & the Best Way to Contact You

If you’re pre-qualified for a cash settlement, why do we then ask for your phone number and ZIP code? First, we need your ZIP code to match you with the closest attorney that handles cases just like yours. Once we do, we email you that lawyer’s name, office address, law firm name and phone number. Can’t find the email we sent? Check your spam folder just in case! If you don’t receive an email from us, it means we couldn’t match you with any local lawyers. And third, we need your preferred phone number so your matched lawyer can call to discuss your case.

Once you’ve filled out every field and described what happened to you, click the “Get My Free Case Review” button. Your phone should ring shortly; if it’s a number you don’t recognize, please answer it! It’s likely your matched attorney trying to get in touch with you.

This free, no-obligation phone call is an important step in your free case review. In fact, you cannot qualify for a cash settlement without it. That’s why the last thing we ask you to do is describe what happened to you. That way, your matched attorney has some idea what you’re going through and the best way to help you.

Step 3: Meet With Your Attorney To Finish Your Case Review In Person

At this point, you may wish to meet your matched attorney and review your options in person. That free, in-person meeting is called a consultation. Both the phone call and meeting are 100% free, and they don’t obligate you to do anything else. And you don’t have to let that same lawyer handle your case if you do decide to move forward. Our free case review service simply checks to see if your claim might qualify for a cash settlement. Then, we match you with the closest experienced attorney available to complete your case review. Deciding whether to file a claim or not is entirely up to you.

If you meet in person to complete your case review, you’ll get specific answers that apply to your situation. Unfortunately, we cannot answer questions about filing deadlines, legal fees and how long it takes to get paid your settlement money. Only a lawyer can answer those questions during your free case review.
